Where do you provide coffee catering services?
We provide mobile coffee hire right across the whole of the UK and Ireland. We have experience working in the largest and best known conference venues in the UK. We are based in Belfast, home to the ICC Belfast, voted the Best Conference Venue, UK.
What drinks do you offer?
Coffee is our passion, and we take great pride in serving high-grade speciality coffee, prepared by expertly trained baristas. We do, however, love hearing of your unique ideas for your event. From coffee, to matcha, to hot chocolates or smoothies we will work with you to create a memorable event. We can even provide food catering such as traybakes, pastries or sandwiches.
What is included in the hire?
Each event is different and inclusions depend on the event and client wishes. However, we will always come fully self sufficient other than requiring access to power. We will take care of water, waste water, coffee machinery, provision of milk etc, staffing and everything in-between. We will fully take care of the coffee, so that you can focus on what matters most. We can also liaise with venues regarding documentation, access and necessary permissions.
How many guests can you serve?
We can cater for any size of event. We have experience catering at events with over 1000 delegates from multiple coffee stations, or smaller events of 50-100 people. Let us know how many guests you need catered for, and we will advise on how best to ensure no guest goes without great tasting coffee.
What branding options do you have?
We can take care of all of your branding needs. We can offer branded coffee cups, coffee cart branding, dusting stencils and more. Our baristas have even been spotted with our clients custom branded caps.
What types of events do you cater for?
We provide coffee catering for exhibitions and conferences, store launches and brand activations, and everything in between. So whether you want coffee on your exhibition stand, or a mobile coffee cart brought to the top floor of your office block, we will be delighted to be involved.
Do you use locally sourced or ethically produced coffee?
Great question. We work closely with our friends at Groupwork Coffee Roasters to bring you the perfect cup of coffee. They work directly with the farmers that grow the coffee beans we use at our events. Direct trade practices ensure that each cup of coffee has sustainability at its core, whilst directly supporting the farmers who grow the crop, and the communities they serve. Furthermore, all of our packaging is fully compostable.
